At Leather Jacket Studio, we strive to provide excellent customer service and premium-quality leather jackets. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed for a smooth experience, so please review the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. 

Product Condition: Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

Refund Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% of the product price applies to returns.

Full Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll issue a full refund.

Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations after 24 hours, a 10% fee of the total amount will be deducted from your refund.

Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our sales team with your Email, Order ID, and contact information, and we’ll provide you with the exchange form.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for exchanges.

Processing Time: Once received, exchanges are processed within 4–5 business days after quality inspection. Approved exchange items are shipped promptly.

Exclusions: Customized jackets are non-exchangeable, as they are tailored to your specifications.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only. Please provide visual proof for verification.

Non-Defective Returns: We accept returns for non-defective items as long as they meet our 30-day return window and new condition requirements.

Customized Jackets: Customized items are non-returnable.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return inspection.
